• Point and Click Fares are for the entire aircraft to travel round trip from Melbourne, Florida.
• Fare includes 2 hours of wait time in destination city, additional wait time is billed at $40 per hour. A Federal Excise Tax (7.5%) and Passenger Facility Fee ($3.60 per passenger/segment) will be added to Jet, King Air, Navajo and Chieftain fares.
  Note: Overnight charges will never exceed the quoted roundtrip air fare.

Cargo

Baer Air can transport non-hazardous cargo and assure delivery when you need it, where you need it! Our aircraft quickly convert to a cargo operation and with a large rear cargo door, can accommodate very large boxes or odd shaped items. Last minute or late night express service is our specialty. Baer Air cannot carry Hazardous Materials or Dangerous Goods as defined by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

Passengers requiring special assistance

Commercial air travel can be very difficult for passengers who may need assistance boarding or deplaning for a host of reasons.
